Disney’s Hollywood Studios just made a big step forward in opening a new dining location. Check out all that we know so far.
Exciting Expansion
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of the most popular and busiest parks at Walt Disney World. From stepping into animation with Mickey & Minnie aboard their Runaway Railway to journeying into a Galaxy far, far, away, this Park has something for everyone to enjoy. Recenlty, we were delighted to learn that BIG changes are coming to Toy Story Land.
In January we shared that a new seating location would be added to Toy Story Land. Right now, there is only one dining location in Toy Story Land: Woody’s Lunchbox. The quick-service eatery serves totchos, grilled cheese and soup, and BBQ brisket sandwiches!
Originally, Disney shared that there are plans to add a sit-down restaurant. In January, Disney Parks Blog shared that Toy Story Land will finally have a table-service dining location soon. Roundup Rodeo BBQ will open this year!!! Read all about this exciting news HERE.
Big Step Forward
Are you excited to enjoy this new dining experience? A new permit indicates a big step forwards towards the opening of Roundup Rodeo BBQ.
The new permit is designated for the Roundup Rodeo location and to “install exterior lit marquee.” This indicates that Roundup Rodeo BBQ is finally at the construction phase to begin sign installation. With this permit in place, we anticipate that soon the construction walls will come down in order for us to see the entrance to this new dining location.
Disney’s Hollwyoood Studios greatly needs the additon of another table serivce restaraunt. Due to high crowds and the popularity of Woody’s Lunchbox, we anticipate the opening of this new dining location.
This immersive restaurant will surround guests with a kaleidoscope of toys, games, and playsets, providing yet another unique, fun, family-friendly dining experience that could only be had in Toy Story Land.
