Two new dates added for extra evening hours!

Disney announced two new dates for extra evening hours available to select resort guests. Will you be in the parks on these dates?

Disney announced a few months ago that select resort guests would be able to experience special nighttime hours after the parks close! They added two new dates to the list today.

Extra Evening Hours

Disney announced that both morning and evening hours, formerly known as “extra magic hours” would return for resort guests.

While the extra morning time will be available to all Disney resort guests, the evening hours are only open to deluxe resort guests and deluxe DVC villa guests.

Recently, some additional hotels were added to the list of resorts getting these perks, such as the Mariott owned Swan and Dolphin.

Guests of these resorts will be pleasantly surprised that unlike the half hour in the morning, the evening hours are closer to the old “extra magic hours” with most evenings offering 2 extra hours at the specified park!

More Dates Added

In addition to dates we have previously reported on, two more October dates have been added to the calendar!

Guests with deluxe resort stays can now enjoy 2 extra hours at Epcot on Monday October 25 from 10p.m. to midnight! On October 27, they can play a little longer at Magic Kingdom, from 9p.m.-11p.m.

Here’s what the calendar for extended evening hours looks like with these additional dates (so far):

Monday October 4 – EPCOT 10pm to midnight
Wednesday October 6 – Magic Kingdom 9pm to 11pm
Monday October 11 – EPCOT 10pm to midnight
Wednesday October 13 – Magic Kingdom 9pm to 11pm
Monday October 18 – EPCOT 10pm to midnight
Wednesday October 20 – Magic Kingdom 9pm to 11pm
Monday October 25 – EPCOT 10pm to midnight
Wednesday October 27 – Magic Kingdom 9pm to 11pm

Our writing team is hoping that as additional dates get added that some will be at the other parks! So far it’s just Epcot and Magic Kingdom on the calendar.
