Tokyo Disneyland Releases Shows on YouTube

For a stress-free Disney or Universal Studios vacation, let the FREE expert planners at Royal Carriage Vacations take care of every detail including dining reservations, applying discounts, and onboard cruise credit.

Like the US Disney Parks, the Disney Parks in Tokyo Japan have also had to close their gates due to the novel Coronavirus. They have released two of their shows onto YouTube for all of us to enjoy!

The Tokyo Disney Resorts have released two of their unique shows to YouTube for guests to enjoy from home since we can’t go to the parks! One is called “It’s Very Minnie!” and the other is “Pixar Play Time Pals!”

It’s Very Minnie

It’s Very Minnie was originally scheduled to show from January 10 to March 19, 2020 at the Tokyo Disneyland resort’s Showbase theater in Tomorrowland.

It is inspired by a new character greeting, set to open in April, called Minnie’s Style Studio. Expect to see a lot of costume changes!

This celebration of Minnie Mouse brought with it lots of Minnie inspired foods:

I feel like this one could be recreated at home!

And of course, there was Minnie merchandise!

Pixar Playtime Pals

Also originally set for January 10 through March 19, Pixar Playtime was a special event at the Mediterranean Harbor of Tokyo Disney Sea.

According to the Tokyo Disney Resort website, guest of all ages could enjoy their favorite Pixar characters in the participatory stage show, Pixar Playtime Pals! Bo Peep made her Pixar Playtime debut this year, joining her Toy Story pals!

As one might expect for a Tokyo Disney celebration, there was to be a variety of fun Pixar inspired foods!

Let’s “Go” to Tokyo Disney!

It is my dream to actually go to the Tokyo Disney Resort! For now, I will have to settle for going there virtually. Still might try to find a place to buy some of that adorable merchandise, though!

Will you be watching the Disney Resort shows online this month? I know we all miss the parks, let’s keep them alive in our minds by talking about them on Facebook and in our friendly Facebook group!
