Disney World Annual Passholders receive online, phone and email support services

Walt Disney World is introducing V.I.Passholder support services for its Annual Passholders.  The new service allows passholders to connect directly with Walt Disney World guest services without having to wait on hold via the standard phone lines.  Here’s the details:

The V.I.Passholder support will offer an online chat function, a dedicated Passholder phone line and email support that is generated through an online form.  This service should offer assistance with many aspects of travel, but many will find the assistance with My Disney Experience will be invaluable.

I tested the online chat and received an immediate response to my question.

The new V.I.Passholder services are available to all Annual Passholders 7 days per week from 7am to 11pm.  Here’s the contact information:
