Frozen Ever After and new Epcot Anna and Elsa opening dates and Fastpass+ announced
Two new "Frozen" experiences - the Frozen Ever After attraction and the adjacent Royal Sommerhus - will officially open their doors soon!
Frozen Ever After Attraction & Royal Sommerhus Set to Open at Epcot June 21!
Disney - Located in the Norway pavilion at the park, Frozen Ever After offers guests an adventurous boat tour through the kingdom of Arendelle. Guests are first transported to the "Summer Snow Day" Celebration where Queen Elsa embraces her magical powers to create a beautiful "winter-in-summer" day for the entire kingdom. Next, guests will pass Troll Valley on their way up the icy North Mountain to Queen Elsa's Ice Palace before their return trip to the Bay of Arendelle.
Fastpass+ will be available for Frozen Ever After. Guests can begin booking FastPass+ for this experience on Saturday, May 21.
The nearby Royal Sommerhus, Anna and Elsa's summer home, will open its doors to guests and the royal sisters themselves will be there for greeting opportunities.
The Norway Pavilion will open at 9 a.m., along with the Future World area of Epcot.
Don't forget, guests can also spot Anna and Elsa over at Magic Kingdom Park in the "Festival of Fantasy Parade" and in the new "Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire" show coming to Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage. Check Character Locator for the locations and times for any WDW character or show!

Hate the Epcot tiers. Having to decide between new Frozen ride, New Sorin and TT. Tier 2 is useless, don't need FPs for them.
Rope drop one, Fastpass one, close one or go 2 days.
We'll be at Epcot on Monday Sept 5 (Labor Day). The crowd calendar shows green that day. We have an 8:20 am breakfast at Akershus I've been waiting to see what the FP situation would be for Frozen Ever After Ride and the M&G ... since they are so close to Akershus. I'm disappointed that there is no FP+ for the M&G. I don't want to rush our breakfast ... in the past character meals have always taken use 1.5 hrs. So I am estimating to be done with breakfast around 9:45-ish. How bad do you think the wait for M&G would be? I know it is still early to tell. I guess only time will tell. I've got time before we make our FP+ reservations. So I've got time. Another option is that after breakfast I wait in line for the M&G while DH and DD go do Test Track - I'll be 8 months pregnant, so no Test Track for me.
I can't speak to the line of the new meet until we experience it.
Thanks! I'm glad we're going in September. That's gives me time to hear your feedback and others too. We saw them last time we were there at MK. I'd like to see them again. But if the wait is ridicilious we will skip it.
I was on at 7am as well didn't see Frozen even listed.... Now the system seems crashed...you would think they would add capacity to their servers!
Same thing happened to me. Then it occurred to me to try the app which amazingly DID work.
If our first day at the parks is July 23, would we book fastpass's for 5 park days, on Tuesday May 24? Thanks!!
60 days out of you are onsite. Exact dates on crowd calendar
Failure....was able log on at exactly 7:00EST for 6/28....completely gone! Wasn't even 7:01. Disappointed as nothing available to even try for . For those of you disappointed about the changes, etc., don't be....
Same thing here, but it just looks like they've never been released.
Not gone, wasn't listed
Sorry, but there is Fastpass for Meet and Greet too right?
I read on the Disney blog otherwise, no FastPass+ for meet and greet.
Appears that you will currently have to wait no fast passes will be offered.
Is this why I haven't been able to get fast passes to see Elsa and Anna in MK? We are going 6-13 thru 6-18 so will just miss them. Epcot on 6-16.
On a second note, is that also why Rapunzel has not had a fast pass available? I have been looking since Midnight April 14.
Will we even be able to meet them while we are there? Thanks in advance.
Will the meet and greet now be extended at MK until they switch to Epcot?
Do you think a soft opening is likely? Is that a common Disney strategy when opening a new ride? Any tips on how to check this without camping out at Epcot for our entire holiday!!!
What would the tier system be for the ride and the meet and greet? Would both be tier 1?
No FastPast+ for meet & greet is what I am hearing/seeing.
Any guess on if they'll be in new outfits?
yes
Just to confirm FP+ will be available on May 21 at 7AM EST or midnight EST? Thx
7am
We have an 8am breakfast at Akershus, so I am assuming we can get there to get in line before the park opens, is that correct.
Should be
Just to confirm will FP+ for these will be available on May 21, 7am EST or midnight EST? Thx.
what a shame, we leave to come home the week before :o( Fingers crossed for soft opening!!!
No FP+ for the meet and greet? Yikes! That sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen.
And we will miss this too
Any possibility of soft openings? June 5-11
So if I am an 8am breakfast in Norway in can make 9 am fast pass for the ride or prinessp
Our last day of our trip is June 17th:-(. Maybe we'll luck out and they'll have a soft opening! We were lucky enough to do that with the Enchanted Tales of Belle.
Any idea what the tiering structure may end up being? Or when we may know something on that? I guess we'll find out for sure in the morning!
