The Sponsor will award to the winner of the Sweepstakes, one (1) vacation package for six (6) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort (the “Grand Prize Vacation Package”). The winner of the Sweepstakes will get to choose one (1) of the following Grand Prize Vacation Packages which consist of:

(a) Package 1- Playful

(i) Six (6) round trip coach airfares between the major United States gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor) and Orlando International Airport; provided however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be provided.

(ii) Six (6) round trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort; provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transfers will not be provided.

(iii) Room accommodations consisting of two (2) standard rooms (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(iv) Six (6) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

(v) A Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD.

(vi) One (1) Disney’s Magical Celebration in-room décor in winner’s hotel room at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

The estimated retail value of the “Playful” vacation package is $9,905.96 USD.

(b) Package 2 – Classic

(iv) Six (6) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

(v) A Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD.

(vi) One (1) character dining experience for six (6) persons in a location selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(vii) VIP viewing for six (6) persons for one (1) Disney parade or show selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The estimated retail value of the “Classic” vacation package is $9,355.96 USD.

(iv) Six (6) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option.

(v) A Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD.

(vi) One (1) Signature dining experience for six (6) persons in a location selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The estimated retail value of the “Adventure” vacation package is $9,522.10 USD.

(d) Package 4 – Thrills

(iv) Six (6) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

(v) A Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD.

(vi) One (1) welcome basket in winner’s hotel room at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

The estimated retail value of the “Thrills” vacation package is $9,380.96 USD.

(e) Items that are not included as part of the Grand Prize Vacation Package(s) are:

(i) Meals (unless otherwise described above)

(ii) Hotel room service

(iii) Laundry service

(iv) Alcoholic beverages

(v) Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.

(vi) Local and long distance telephone calls

(vii) Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes

(viii) Ground transportation between the winner’s residence and the departure airport

(ix) All other charges not otherwise described above

(f) Grand Prize Vacation Package rules include, but are not limited to:

(i) Vacation must be taken between May 1, 2015 and May 1, 2016.

(ii) Departure dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply.

(iii) Vacation is for the winner of the Sweepstakes and five (5) guests of the winner’s choosing.

(iv) Vacation and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Vacation is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
