  1. Wow!! Thank you so much! I look forward to seeing your thoughts. We are all early risers, so getting to the parks early is not too much of a challenge for us.

  2. Hi Kenny! I just subscribed and am using your touring plans for our trip June 2018. We always subscribe to the avoid EMH parks, but this year we are thinking of doing morning EMHs and then hopping to another park after a mid-day break. But since we’ve never done EMHs I’m not sure how many rides we can actually plan on completing. And I can’t find any EMH touring plans (except yours for AK). Have any guidance?

    1. I’ll create some additional ones for subscribers. Park Hopping in WDW requires a 1 hour commitment, so it’s rare that I recommend that.

  3. Other websites include for MK morning EMH Astro Orbiter and Mad Tea Party (some also include Meeting Tink & Mickey), but I can’t tell how updated those sites are. So I’m wondering if those attractions are also open in the morning, or is that outdated info?

    Thanks, your site is invaluable!

  4. The Disney Jr dance party doesn’t take place any more. We were there in early September and asked about it when the doors weren’t open. We were told it had stopped about 3 months prior.

  5. The FP was my next question! Thanks so much! So I’ll definitely do MK and the Dance Party if we go! I’ll reconsider the Epcot for our last night there.

I did Test Track on my EMH last year and the line was long just like you said!

One more question…are there character meet and greets in Epcot during the EMHs? One of the highlights of my trip was running through the rain with a friend and meeting Aladdin and Jasmine, Aurora, Belle, and Mulan in less than two hours. Since it was raining and no lines the first three were VERY chatty. My kids missed it because they went back to the resort.

I wouldn’t mind saving characters for last.

    1. Dance party is easy to get into on EMH. Soarin’ should be the absolute last attraction, use single rider on Test Track or expect a long wait. There’s no FP+ during late EMH

  6. Hi Kenny! I love love love your site! My first trip was last year and your information and The Dis made it a phenomenal experience. We’re going back, hopefully, this September.

I keep reading from you that we shouldn’t go to the parks with the EMH except MK. I only went to MK and Epcot during EMH last year. MK was great. I only got to do the one ride at Epcot because I was really late arriving.

Anyways, do you mean that doing those EMH aren’t worth it at all or just picking that park for the day? I’m planning to go to other parks for my day and hopping over for EMHs. Or is that not worth it?

    1. 2 reasons EMH really isn’t worth it.
      1. The wait times are 30 to 100% higher on an EMH vs regular day
      2. Many guests, like your story have the thought of going, but can’t wake up and eat that early (nor do they really need to IMO)

Get a little extra sleep and don’t fight the extra crowds. Park hopping is only worth it for the lesser attractions, FP+ has made it more difficult to gain an advantage.
