So, do you have to actually ride Splash Mountain to see the dwarves? If so, does every person get wet or do you have tips of where to sit so you might get least wet? I am not sure that my 4 year old would dig getting splashed! Thanks so much!

Lol, they are in the area of the exit. Pass to the right of the Fastpass machines under the bridge. They are in same spot occupied by Woody and Jessie during the day.
