Although many guests would rather not be on their phone while on vacation, the My Disney Experience app for Disney World Guests is truly invaluable. After all, it has everything you need to enjoy a magical vacation!

Like all apps, it receives regular updates to improve the overall guest experience.

Disney will often use this app to send notifications to Guests visting of closures and changes to park hours.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is beautiful by day, but it is stunning at night. There is just something about the neon lights that truly brings back the magic and beauty of old Hollywood.

Guests can enjoy a couple of nighttime entertainment options. Fantasmic! is the premier nighttime show at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Some dates offer two showtimes for Fantasmic! and we highly encourage guests who can stay later to enjoy the 2nd showing for lighter crowds.

Guests can also enjoy Wonderful World Animation and Disney Movie Magic.

Guests at Disney's Hollywood Studios are now receiving a push notificiation via the My Disney Experience app:

"Important Information: Due to unforseen circumstances, tonight's 8:40 pm Disney Movie Magic and 9:00 pm Wonderful World of Animation performances have been cancellled. We apologize for the inconveninece."

Disney's Hollywood Studios unexpectedly cancelled two nighttime shows on September 27, 2026.

Disney reserves the right to make operational changes as needed throughout the parks. We hope this only affects tonights performances. At this time, both Wonderful World of Animation and Disney Movie Magic have operational hours tomorrow, September 28, 2026.
