Disney Shares First-Ever Details on the New Coco Ride
Get ready to "Remember Me" with full details of the first ever Coco attraction coming to Disney Parks.
First Ever Coco Attraction

Back in August 2024, a brand new Coco attraction was announced during the "Horizons" showcase at the D23 Disney Parks panel.
This first-ever Coco attraction will be a boat ride, and music will play a key role in this attraction. Of course, guests can enjoy the best animatronics to bring this story to life.
This new Coco attraction will be built near Paradise Gardens Park and Pixar Pier, in areas that are predominantly backstage today.
Coco "Casa Museo"

The attraction storyline will pick up a year after the events of the original film. The queue for the first ever Coco attraction will begin on Pixar Pier next to Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind. Guests will step into "casa museo" which is dedicated to the music of Miguel's great-great grandfather, Héctor Rivera.
Disney revealed the statue of Hector welcoming Guests (pictured above). From here Guests will board a boat and join Miguel through his memories of the Land of the Dead.
The best part is that original voice actors will return for this attraction. This works perfectly as many cast reprise their roles in Coco 2 coming soon.
New Coco Attraction Details

Disney Imagineers promise, "It will truly be a beautiful, moving experience full of fun and surprises, leaning heavily into the music and emotion of the cherished Pixar film while inviting you to live Miguel's journey alongside your own friends and family."
The new Coco attraction will not have a height requirement.
The best part, there will be no height requirement for this attraction so the entire family can enjoy it together. Disney did not provide opening details for the first ever Coco attraction.
