Disney Changes Guardians Of The Galaxy Queue AGAIN To Improve Crowd Control
Many know that the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind can be a crowded queue. Disney has made a change to help improve crowd control.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is one of Walt Disney World's most popular attractions. Lightning Lane Single Pass for the attraction sells out regularly, and the queue is consistently lengthy.
The ride itself is amazing! And the preshows themselves are a good introduction to the ride's story.
However, the preshows involve moving from lines to a cluster, and the cluster moves through 3 different spaces, reshuffling and turning back into a line. Some guests get a bit overzealous and rush, and perhaps even run and push to get from place to place. It can make for a bit of an unpleasant experience.
Previous Queue Changes
In December, we shared that Disney was trying to fix this rush of people in the queue between the pre shows and attraction. You can read more about that HERE.
Cast Members tried to help control the crowd when the pre-show doors opened to the next room.
But even that wasn't the first time Disney has tried to fix this problem. Another time, Disney had setup switchbacks to help direct the crowd move from the pre-show to the attraction.
New Change
Disney has made another change to this congested area to help control the rush of people. It is reported that last week, Disney had made 3 lanes when you left the final pre-show room.
Disney made three lanes and released them one at a time to proceed from the pre-show to the attraction.
Disney would then release one lane at a time to walk through to the attraction queue. It is unclear if this queue change is here to stay or if Disney will continue to implement new ways to make this queue experience better.
