Surprise, This Animal Kingdom Spot Opens Today
Guests visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom today were surprised when this spot opened earlier than expected. Check out the full details for this new space.
Animal Kingdom Closures

Animal Kingdom is a bit of a mess right now. Currently, the DINOSAUR attraction Restaurantosaurs are now closed.
This has brought many unwelcome changes to Disney's Animal Kingdom, with a character shakeup and even more dreaded construction walls now completely blocking off former DinoLand USA.
This even changed the map of the entire park. However, these changes aren't all bad. One location opened earlier than expected due to the many changes.
Harambe Market Reopening

Earlier, Disney shared that the menu for Restaurantosaurus will move to Harambe Market. Many Guests like having food options that can satisfy even the pickiest of diners.
Originally, Harambe Market was set to reopen on February 5, 2026. Previously, Disney only shared a reopening timeline of "Early 2026".
Today, Harambe Market had a soft opening for Guests. This was a great addition now that Restarauntosaurus is officially closed.
Harambe Market New Menu

As a reminder, Harambe Market will only offer Mobile Ordering that can be done on the My Disney Experience app.
Harambe Market reopened early today, February 2, 2026.
You can check a full listing of new menu items along with prices HERE. While we are happy to have this dining location reopen, we miss the previous menu.
