Disney Extends Refurbishment at These Deluxe Resorts
Disney has just announced that a refurbishment has been extended. Find out if this extension will impact your Disney Vacation.
Refurbishment at Yacht and Beach Club Resorts
Earlier this summer, Disney announced that the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts would be undergoing routine exterior maintenance.
Initially, Disney's Beach Club's exterior refurbishment would take place from early June through September 2025, and Disney's Yacht Club's exterior refurbishment would take place from early July through October 2025.

Refurbishment Extended
Disney has now updated their website, informing Guests that the routine exterior maintenance has been extended. Disney's Yacht Club Resort will now undergo the routine exterior maintenance through late 2026. The porte cochere will be closed through October 2025.
The Yacht and Beach Club Resorts' routine exterior maintenance has been extended.
At Disney's Beach Club Resort, the exterior maintenance will now extend through 2027. Beach Club's porte coacher will be closed through September 2025.
What Does This Mean For You
Guests at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts may have impacted views from various locations throughout the resort. They may even have to take alternate paths due to the construction.
Guests visiting Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will hear and see construction during daytime hours.
The great news is that all services, including valet luggage assistance, and transportation will remain available for Guests. Also, resort amenities such as the pool and resort dining will also remain available throughout the routine maintenance work.
