Have you been swept up in the newest trading card game for Disney? If so, you are going to want to see when the next set will be released.
Disney Lorcana
Disney has partnered with Ravensburger to create a family-friendly collectible trading card game called Disney Lorcana. It is a strategy-based game where payers create their own decks and face off against each other in a race to use a team of glimmers to collect pieces of lost “lore” from the realm of Lorcana. Like other card games, it has appeal from both a gameplay and a collecting standpoint.
Special releases and early releases made the game available to players a little early, which only served to build hype for its official September 1, 2023 launch. Sellouts and supply issues have made obtaining cards a little tricky in these early stages.
High Resale Values
Once the cards went on sale for shopDisney, gift sets and starter packs were sold out within minutes! If you were in the parks trying to grab some cards, it was no different. Long lines stretched outside the World of Disney store in Disney Springs with guests hoping to grab some cards.

The Next Sets
Now we know when the next sets for Disney Lorcana will be available. Today, shopDisney announced that Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn and Disney Lorcana: Disney 100 Edition will be available beginning December 1, 2023.
The next sets for Disney Lorcana will be available on shopDisney beginning December 1, 2023!
Like the previous release, there is a very good chance these sets will be available in the parks first before appearing on shopDisney. If you are hoping to grab either one of these sets, be sure to keep an eye out for any upcoming announcements.
