At both Disneyland and Disney World guests can use Mobile checkout at select stores to speed up their shopping experience. New locations will be coming soon to this mobile checkout experience. Read on to find out which ones!
Mobile Checkout
Last year, Disney started testing out mobile checkout through their mobile apps. This happened at both Disneyland and Disney World.
This is a very easy process! At participating stores, grab a designated mobile checkout shopping bag. Then, go to your Disneyland or My Disney Experience app. Select the “Shop in Store- Now Testing” by selecting the large + on the bottom of the screen.
From there, select your store. You will then scan items as you add them to your bag. Once you’re done shopping, tap “check out” to pay on your phone. Be sure to show your QR code to a Cast Member at the designated area near the exit.
Worried if any of your eligible discounts will be applied? Don’t worry they will be! If you are shopping with an eligible Annual Passholder, Magic Key, or Disney Vacation Club be sure they are linked to your Disney account.

They do not honor the discount for being a Disney Visa holder. I recently utilized it at world of Disney at Disney Springs and realized I didn’t receive my discount after spending more than $50. I emailed customer service and they stated that the discount can’t be used for mobile checkout
