Disney in February
February is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. Guests can experience cooler temperatures and lighter crowds. I and many other KtP Writers enjoy visiting the parks during this time.
For guests visiting EPCOT, the Festival of the Arts takes place. It is one of my favorite festivals of the year. This year it takes place from January 14th to February 21, 2022. For more details relating to next year’s Festival of the Arts, take a look at this post HERE.
February can also be a romantic time to visit Disney with Valentine’s Day. The biggest Disney fans can find anything to celebrate at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Closing Early
Recently, we shared some updates to park hours for January and noticed Magic Kingdom is closing early. On January 25, the park will close at 4:30 pm. This is likely for the yearly Cast Member event.
Many will avoid the park on this day, so if you’re a savvy Disney goer this is a great day to go to Magic Kingdom!
Now, another date has been aded to that list. According to the Disney website, Magic Kingdom will close early again on February 8, 2022. That means all Guests will need to leave at 4:30 pm.
Magic Kingdom will close at 4:30 pm on January 25 and February 8.
The two dates may be to avoid over-crowding for the Cast Member event. If I were visiting on either of these days, I would go to Magic Kingdom in the morning and hop somewhere else later in the afternoon.

For me I just don't get it. When it comes to Disney. I have been there two times I had fun and enjoyed my time. But for me there are other parks that I enjoy a lot more than Disney. I think that Disney had become something like keeping up with the Jones family. Or like buying a brand name pair of shoes and paying an over priced. Just to be able to say look at me, see me, see what I can do or go. Yes, I can go and pay those over priced tickets or 15 dollars for a hamburger that can be bought for 5 dollars at just about every where. I don't feel the need to be seen nor do I feel the need to keep up with the Jones.
