Epcot’s International Food & Wine is about one month away! Disney has shared new information about what we can expect to see – including live entertainment and Global Marketplaces!
Food & Wine Festival
The 2021 Food & Wine Festival is coming to Epcot! Guests can enjoy the food, drinks, and more at this festival beginning July 15, 2021. The festival will run until November 20, 2021.
With so many food and beverage choices, live entertainment, and kid-friendly activities, there is so much to do at Food & Wine Festival. I love this festival so much.
This year, CORKCICLE is the official sponsor of the festival. There will be a Shimmering Sips Global Marketplace and four other locations during the event where you can discover several sparkling beverage options available for purchase in an exclusive keepsake CORKCICLE premium beverage container.
Live Entertainment
Popular entertainment like Mariachi Cobre, Voices of Liberty, and Jammin’ Chefs will be back as always to entertain Guests.
In addition, this year’s festival will also have some of the same entertainment that was available at Flower & Garden, which is still currently running! America Gardens Bandstand presented by Florida Blue Medicare, is a live-music concert series performed Friday through Monday evenings. I’m sure we will get the full schedule soon!
Local bands from across Central Florida will take to the America Gardens Theatre stage, playing popular songs of yesterday and today.
Global Marketplaces
Some of my favorite food comes from this festival, and while we don’t have a complete food guide yet, Disney has shared some new information. There are new Global Marketplace concepts coming to Morocco, The American Adventure and throughout the park in July, with even more marketplaces opening in the fall.
Perfect excuse to make multiple trips, am I right?
Family Fun
Finally, keep those kiddos busy while you enjoy the festival by participating in Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt. Emile’s Fromage Montage gives you the opportunity to sample cheeses when you purchase five dishes from select Global Marketplaces.
Both activities provide prizes for completion. My kids love the scavenger hunts because it gives them something to look forward to as our family makes our way around the World Showcase.
