Calling all Star Wars Fans: Guests may soon be able to schedule a personal photo session at Galaxy’s Edge located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Find out all of the exciting details for this one of a kind experience.
Capture Your Moment
What is the “Capture Your Moment” photo session? This is a special experience that allows Guests to have a personal photo session with a PhotoPass photographer.
For $50, you and your family (up to 8 members) will have 20 minutes with a PhotoPass photographer to capture personal photos to celebrate special occasions and magical moments.

Originally the “Capture Your Moment” photo session was only available in the Magic Kingdom. Recently, this enchanted extra was extended to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Read all about this new photo opportunity HERE.
I personally love the “Capture Your Moment” photo sessions. I was so excited to hear that they would now be available in not one, but two Parks. This did lead me to wonder: could this be offered in all 4 Theme Parks soon?

Recently I heard a rumor from a reliable source that Disney is planning to offer “Capture Your Moment” photo sessions in ALL 4 THEME PARKS. This seems to be a credible rumor since we recently saw this session offered at another Park location.

The next location that could receive the “Capture Your Moment” photo session is one of the most photographed locations in all of Walt Disney World right now: Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
As we travel through this uniquely themed land, Guests can be seen taking selfies and posing with their newly constructed light sabers or droids. This location would make perfect sense for this enchanted extra.
Due to the 20 minute time limit for “Capture Your Moment” sessions, only certain locations for each photo session are available. Since this is still in the “rumor” stage, we have no way of knowing what section of Galaxy’s Edge would be available.
The next location that could receive the “Capture Your Moment” may be Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
At this time, Walt Disney World has not made an official announcement for this. Also the timeline is still unclear for when this may be available. We are hoping that we may hear an official announcement soon. This would truly be an AMAZING photo opportunity for Star Wars fans.
