The list of closure and cancellations continues to grow. Disneyland Paris will no longer be hosting their Princess Run. Read on for more information.

Disney World recently canceledits Star Wars Rival Run Weekend. This event was supposed to take place April 16-19 2020.

Star Wars Rival Run Weekend Canceled

The mayor of Orange County Florida will be putting a Stay-at-Home Mandate which will go into effect on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 11 PM.

Disneyland Paris Princess Run

Disneyland Paris is now announcing it will NOT be hosting the Disneyland Paris Princess Run. This event was supposed to be held on May 8-10, 2020.

runDisney states on their website:

“With the circumstances continuing to change rapidly around the globe, we are making critical and timely decisions based on guidance from French authorities. In an abundance of caution, Disneyland Paris Princess Run (May 8-10) will no longer take place.”

What will happen to my reservation?

If you had booked a bib only or hotel stay with bibs, it will be canceled and refunded for all participants.

The Disneyland Paris Run Weekend 5th Edition is scheduled for September 24-27 and is still expected to run as planned.

What about a refund?

If your stay was booked with Disneyland Paris’ website or through their Central Reservation Office, participants will be fully refunded. If you did not book directly through Disneyland Paris, please contact your point of sale.

They are expecting a heavy volume of calls over the next several days, so please be prepared. The Central Reservation Office will help you with advice and to organize your stay if want to book another live event.

BREAKING: Disneyland Paris Princess Run Canceled

As we all expected more closures to happen, it is still sad when we see them. I am hoping that this is over soon, and we can all get back to our normal everyday routines.

I feel for all your runners that were planning on achieving their Castle to Chateau Challenge. This is not easy news to take when you have been planning and training for months.
