A new Muppets themed show is coming to Walt Disney World
The Muppets Are Coming to Walt Disney World Resort This Fall. "The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History."
Disney - Sam Eagle, the fiercely patriotic American eagle who is forever trying to set a high moral standard for the Muppets, will join Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, The Great Gonzo and James Jefferson, town crier of Liberty Square, as they gather outside The Hall of Presidents to present historical tales in hysterical fashion as only they can. From the midnight ride of Paul Revere to the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the Muppets appear throughout the day to share with Guests, their own unique take on the founding fathers and the birth of the United States of America.
Featuring an original song and plenty of wacky Muppets humor, "The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History" will make its debut in October 2016.
This new show will be presented next to the Hall of Presidents at the Heritage House.

Do you know if this will still be showing after Nov 26th? We will be in MK 11/28, but the schedule shows no times available after 11/26.
Should be. Disney entertainment schedules aren't the most reliable source
Any suggestions for viewing?
Very simple, just stand near the Hall of Presidents
Is this the same show several times a day or do they have different versions? I'm planning a trip for my sister's family, and her husband is a history teacher. Just wondering if I should plan for them to stop by for the show on both MK days if they like it the first time around.
Can u get pics with some of the muppets?
Doesn't sound like a meet and greet. We will know for sure what it is in a couple months
Love it! We're big fans of both the Muppets and history, so this is right up our alley. :)
Hope this is on when I go xx I get to Disney 19th October
Is this going to be an inside sit-down show or a walk-up sidewalk presentation?
The Belle special meet and greet was in the remodeled heritage House. This was likely a staging event to make sure lines don't interfere with flow. The room is fairly small I expect they are going to have guests stand/sit on the floor. This is speculation but with the way Disney has done things recently, I would expect a 5minute stand up show every hour and each show can hold about 50 to 70 people.
