Is it the picture or the actual Periwinkle that needs to improve? We met Periwinkle in Dec 2012 and Nov 2013 and both were excellent - and looked very much like the movie character/doll. Your pictured Periwinkle has a lot of contrast between her skin tone and her white wig.
