Br’er Bear no longer holds regular meet and greets, but can be seen in the Frontierland Hoedown in the Magic Kingdom! He may be found for random meets at Epcot or special events.

Yes, you'll find that under Character Meals. They sometimes make random Epcot appearances and Brer Bear is pretty regular with Frontierland Hoedown.
