EPCOT Closes a Popular Attraction
EPCOT just removed a popular attraction, and we are left disappointed. We were surprised by what was left in its place.

Walt Disney endeavored for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World to foster pride in our country.
Disney Parks offered many special attractions, such as Soarin Across America; fun souvenirs such as the Sam the Eagle popcorn bucket, and great PhotoPass Magic Shots to commemorate the 250th Celebration of America.
Disney shared that one attraction would continue to be offered until July 4th at the American Pavilion as part of Disney Celebrates America.
Portraits of Courage

Back in 2024, Portraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief's Tribute to America's Warriors debuted inside the lobby of The American Adventure.
This artistic display, created by former President George W. Bush, includes more than 60 paintings portraying post 9/11 service members and veterans.
Earlier, we shared that Dave Smith, who served as a U.S. Marine Corps Corporal from 2003 to 2007, recently brought his family to EPCOT to see his portrait. Check out his amazing story HERE.
Missing Disney Magic

Disney did not announce an exact end date for the Portraits of Courage attraction, but simply announced that they would be on display through July 4th. Today, all portraits are missing from the lobby of The American Adventure.
Portraits of Courage is now removed from The American Adventure lobby.
What is most surprising is that Disney did not have another attraction ready to replace this exhibit. Part of the magic of Disney is that before you can notice that something is missing, something just as magical is in its place.
The lobby with simply empty walls seems like a big miss and one that previously did not happen at the Disney Parks.
What do you think of this change without another attraction ready to take its place? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
