Soarin' Around the World is a popular Disney attraction that can be found on both coasts. You can experience it at EPCOT in Walt Disney World or at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland.
Soarin' takes guests on a hang glider ride around the world. There they see breathtaking views of wonders across the globe.
The Walt Disney Company shares that a new version, "Soarin' Across America," will debut at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States. You can read more about when that will arrive HERE.
Soarin' Over California
From time to time, Disneyland (in California) brings back the original version of the ride: Soarin' Over California. It also came to Walt Disney World for a limited time.
Guests love the sweeping views of California including San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, and more. Some fans are particularly fond of the smell of orange blossoms they experience on the ride.
This version of Soarin' is about to return for a limited time!
When Will Soarin' Over California Return
Soarin' Over California will return to Disney California Adventure on February 6, 2026. This version of Soarin' usually returns for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. However, this year it makes its return for the 25th Anniversary of Disney California Adventure Park.
Soarin' Over California will run at Disney California Adventure Park from February 6th through July 1st.
This version of the Soarin' attraction will run through July 1st, and then Guests can enjoy the highly anticipated Soarin' Over America version.
