Upcoming Multi-Day Closure At Walt Disney World
An upcoming multi-day closure will soon be happening at Walt Disney World. Find out if this closure will impact your Disney World vacation.
Upcoming Cold Weather

Even though Florida is known as the Sunshine State, it doesn't always mean the weather is perfect to sit by the pool. Cold weather is moving in mid-week!
Disney Water Parks may close due to inclement weather, including cold weather.
This week, Disney World guests can expect lows in the 40's and highs only getting to the low to mid 60's. Be sure to pack a jacket and even some gloves and a hat. Florida cold hits differently.
Typhoon Lagoon Multi-Day Closure

As we head into the colder months, it is important to check the weather and park operating hours before heading out. Disney will close the water parks for inclement weather (cold weather included).
Typhoon Lagoon is closed on December 30, 31, and January 1. No operational hours are listed for these three days.
What Does This Mean To You?

There is only today and tomorrow left for Walt Disney World Guests to take advantage of the free water park entry on arrival day for 2025. The free water park entry is returning next year, however only for the summer.
Only two days left for Guests to enjoy FREE water park entry on arrival day until next summer!
Be sure to keep in mind that the water parks could close. This unanticipated closure could really disappoint some Guests. We recommend having a back up plan for your arrival day just incase of any unexpected weather closures.
