You Will Not Believe Who All We Spotted at Hollywood Studios

Disney's Hollywood Studios shocked Guests this morning with rare characters, and we are here for it!

Disney World Characters

One thing that sets Disney apart from any other theme park is the great character interactions. We love meeting classic characters like Mickey Mouse and the Fab 5.

But then we also love meeting the characters that are a bit more rare. This summer was extra magical at Walt Disney World with "Cool Kid Summer". Part of the fun was roaming characters throughout each park.

Along with this were fun, rare meet and greets such as Bo Peep and Clarabelle Cow at Disney's Hollywood Studios. With many meet and greets being reimaged due to the closure of Animation Courtyard, Disney is bringing a bit of unexpected character magic to the park.

Mary Poppins and Bert

This meet and greet is truly "Practically Perfect". This morning, Guests can meet both Mary Poppins and Bert from the classic Mary Poppins film near Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.

Current meet and greet times listed on the My Disney Experience app for Mary Poppins include 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:50 pm, and 3:30 pm (times are subject to change).

Bert's meet-and-greet times include 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:20 pm, and 3:20 pm (times subject to change). We were surprised to see a penguin joining Bert as this is not listed on the My Disney Experience app.

It would be great to meet them together, but it appears that right now they are only meeting separately.

Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket

We love rare characters, and Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket typically only appear for special events, such as runDisney, for both Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket. Jiminy also often makes special appearances for Earth Day.

Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Mary Poppins, and Bert now greet Guests near Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.

On the My Disney Experience app, Pinocchio is meeting near Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:50 pm, 2:50 pm, 3:50 pm (times subject to change).

For Jiminy Cricket, current showtimes include 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:20 pm, and 3:20 pm (times subject to change).

PhotoPass is not available for these meet-and-greets, but Cast Members are often willing to take photos with your phone or camera.
