Astro Orbiter is located in Tomorrowland at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park. It is a Dumbo-style spinner attraction that will whisk you high into the sky. The person in the front controls how high or low you fly.

Astor Orbiter offers a great way to get views of the castle and Tomorrowland!

The attraction closed for a multi-month refurbishment on January 13, 2025, with only a reopening date of summer 2025.

Today, Friday, June 27th, Astro Orbiter has reopened! This is exciting news as Guests can fly high once again above Tomorrowland.

Astro Orbiter had more than a five-month closure for refurbishment. Disney almost completely dismantled the attraction for this refurbishment. Each piece that was removed was repainted and then reinstalled. You can see in the picture below how Disney had dismantled the attraction.
