With Disney World, Universal, Legoland, Sea World, and so many other theme parks and attractions, millions of people fly in and out of the airport every year.

Today, is expected to be the busiest day of the holiday weekend. Lines were seen at baggage drops and Security Checkpoints. Security lines were reported to averaging 30 – 40 minutes.

Airport officials have recommended you arrive to the airport three hours before your flight. Back in November, Orlando International Airport offered up some travel tips.

MCO recommends arriving to the airport 3 hours before your expected departure.

MCO recommends travelers use the 3-2-1 timeline.  3: Be at the ticket counter at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.  2: Head to security 2 hours prior to your departure time.  1: Be at your gate 1 hour prior to your departure time.
