We will see races return to Disneyland in 2024. Did you know another event is returning when these races come back?
runDisney Registration
runDisney has released registration dates for the 2023-2024 race season.
The biggest news with this is the return of runDisney races in Disneyland! You will find the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will be held Jan 11-14, 2024. This registration will open on February 14, 2023. This race weekend will include three endurance races and a challenge!
With the return of Disneyland races, runDisney is bringing back the Coast to Coast Challenge. runDisney will share more on how to qualify later this month.
In the picture above you will see the rest of the runDisney race weekends that are in Walt Disney World and the Virtual Series. Walt Disney World continues to have their four race weekends! Here are all the races and when you can register:
- 2023 runDisney Virtual Series – June – August 2023 – General Registration 2023
- 2023 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend – November 2-5 2023 – Club runDisney registration: March 14, 2023 General Registration: March 21, 2023 Virtual Event Registration March 24, 2023
- 2024 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend – January 3-7 – Club runDisney registration April 4, 2023 General Registration: April 11, 2023 Virtual Event Registration April 14, 2023
- 2024 Disneyland Half Marathon Weeekend – January 11-14 2024 – Club runDisney Registration February 7, 2023 General Registration: February 14, 2023 Virtual Event Registration:February 17, 2024
- 2024 Princess Half Marathon Weekend – February 22-25, 2024 – Club runDisney Registration June 13, 2023 General Registration: June 20, 2023 Virtual Event Registration: June 23, 2023

The runDisney kids races will return with the 2024 race season at Disneyland!
runDisney kids races will return with the races at Disneyland Resort!
The Event Dates for the Disneyland are as follows:
- runDisney Health & Fitness Expo – January 11 to 13, 2024
- Disneyland 5K – January 12, 2024
- Disneyland 10K and Kids Races – January 13, 2024
- Disneyland Half Marathon – January 14, 2024
When these kid races occurred they ranged from diaper dashes all the way up to a one mile run! It is so exciting for these races to return. There is no word yet on what distances they will be, but we will be sure to share them with you when we know.
Hopefully, these races will be at next years race season at Disney World as well!
