Many things have returned to Walt Disney World recently. After a very long hiatus, we finally got to see the return of ‘Happily Ever After’ and ‘Epcot Forever’ fireworks! Now, you can experience these firework spectaculars from the privacy of your very own yacht! That’s right! Firework cruises are returning!

Fireworks Return

After a very long time of waiting and hoping, Disney finally announced that both ‘Happily Ever After’ and ‘Epcot Forever’ fireworks would be returning on July 1, 2021.

Guests flock and crammed into the parks to catch a glimpse of these beloved shows after missing them for over a year and a half.

Though some minor changes had to be made to Epcot Forever due to the Harmonious barges being in place, the shows are just as magical as ever!

Fireworks Cruises

One thing that might not so magical, even pre-pandemic, are the size of the crowds being stuffed down Main Street U.S.A. and the castle hub. For some, this might be just too much of a personal space invasion.

If you would like to enjoy the fireworks but keep your party at a bit of a distance from others, consider booking one of the newly returned specialty fireworks cruises.

The cost of a private specialty cruise starts at $399 plus tax for a maximum of 10 people plus a boat captain on a 25-foot yacht. (Pricing may vary based on time of day and is subject to change).

What’s Included?

In addition to Disney providing an experienced boat captain, guests will receive assorted snacks and soft drinks. Festive banners and balloons are also included in the cost—and can be requested at the time of booking.

Specialty cruises for ‘Epcot Forever’ fireworks, will set sail from Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Marina.

Cruises for Magic Kingdom’s ‘Happily Ever After’ fireworks display can set sail from either the Wilderness Lodge, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary or Fort Wilderness Marinas. Guests will need to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the start of the fireworks show.

How to Book

Guests who wish to book a specialty fireworks cruise can call the Disney reservation line: (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529.
