Have you ever been to Disney World’s water parks? Find out how to get a discount on admission to Blizzard Beach!
One of Disney’s water parks recently reopened earlier this month. Blizzard Beach, known for such water attractions as Summit Plummet and Cross Country Creek, is a popular water park located on property at Walt Disney World resort. Since the start of the pandemic, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon have both been closed.
Disney announced some some updates to the way things operate to keep safety and health at the forefront of everyone’s experiences. Reduced capacity, temperature screenings, physical distancing markings, and face coverings are required.
Face coverings are required in designated area for guests ages 2 and up, including areas such as the park entrance and exit, retail areas, and food and beverage ordering areas. Face coverings are not required while experiencing water slides or while in the water.
Currently, park reservations will not be required to visit a water park. This, however, is subject to change. Keep reading kennythepirate.com for more information as it comes available.
A one-day water park ticket (without blockout dates) is available for $69 plus tax for adults and $63 plus tax for guests ages 3-9. Other ticket options are available to book through the Disney website.
However, if you are an Annual Passholder you have access to discounted tickets!
Passholders can take advantage of specially priced 1-Day Water Park Tickets for just $49 plus tax. That’s a savings of up to $20 per ticket per adult and $10 per ticket per child!
What’s even better than getting the discount? Getting the discount for you and 3 guests! I am looking forward to taking my daughter in June for her birthday!
These specially priced tickets must be purchased in-person at the water parks. The discount is not available online and cannot be combined with other offers.
They must be used on or before December 31, 2021. That’s plenty of time to use them!
