If you’re planning a vacation for early February to Walt Disney World, your park hours are now available and we have them here!
Early February Park Hours
As we begin, please remember that the park hours can increase as we draw closer to your travel date. These are merely the preliminary park hours and could change, even up to the day before your chosen date! We keep you updated on all these changes, so it doesn’t overwhelm you
Disney has only provided the park hours for February 1 through 6. We are currently seeing the park hours updating each week with changes and new dates added. Check back again for other dates.
Park Hopping is returning!
With Disney officially announcing that Park Hopping will be allowed in 2021, that gives us promise that they will plan to keep the parks open later than these initial hours. They will not allow a guest to hop until 2:00 PM daily, so that would limit the number of hours you’d have in another park.
Implications of Shorter Hours
When hours are shortened to this degree, local ticketholders and passholders are unable to visit the parks after work.
This leaves only the weekends for Florida guests to hit the parks. I’d expect the weekends to be particularly busy in January.
Things to do in February
Epcot Festival of the Arts, one of our favorite festivals, will take place January 8- February 22, 2021. Be sure to reserve at least one full day at EPCOT for this festival and all the food offerings that will be made available!
Generally open later than the parks, Disney Springs offers great shopping and a handful of entertainment options, too! You might enjoy visiting the LEGO store, the World of Disney and the Splitsville bowling alley!
Currently, the Magic Kingdom will open at 9:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.
EPCOT is currently scheduled to open at 11:00 AM and will close nightly at 7:00 PM.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open at 10:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM for this first week of February.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom will open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM nightly.
If you’re interested to know which park I would choose each day, check it out on Character Locator.
