You may have seen that we got an official opening date for the Avengers Campus today! We also got a sneak peek at the food and beverages that will be offered at the land’s main restaurant, Pym’s Test Kitchen! Check it out!

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we now have pictures and descriptions of the offerings at Pym’s Test Kitchen. Named for Hank Pym, the scientist behind the Ant-Man technology, portrayed by Michael Douglas.

Pym’s Test Kitchen

The restaurant plays with the idea of oversized and tiny items, but my son’s dreams of a giant doughnut were not answered!

However, there is a giant pretzel, which comes with mustard and beer cheese dipping sauce:

The Quantum weighs 369 grams!

You can also snag a few interesting sounding sandwiches at this dining spot, like the PB^3 Superb Sandwich, which has peanut butter, banana, strawberry jelly, and bacon.

Served with tater tots and a smoothie shot, this sandwich claims to be infused with Pym Particles!

There’s also a not-so-little Chicken Sandwich, which features an enormous fried chicken tenderloin.

This sandwich features teriyaki and red chili sauces, pickled cabbage slaw and is served with potato tots

Finally, we have the Pym-ini, which is a test kitchen version of a panini with salami, rosemary ham, provolone, sundried tomato mayonnaise and arugula served with marinara dipping sauce:

The sandwich is Extra Large, and just so we’re clear, this is my pick to try from this restaurant!

Hank Pym didn’t forget our vegetarian friends! The veggie offering here is the “impossible spoonful.” Plant-based “meatballs” are combined with a mix of small and large noodles and a red sauce:

Served in a giant spoon, for extra cute ambiance.

Drinks at Pym’s Test Kitchen

Maybe you fancy a specialty drink to accompany your entree? Well, Hank has you covered there too!

There’s The Regulator, a mango-flavored concoction featuring silver patron, lime juice, and Mango Cart wheat ale.

There’s also mango popping pearls!

There’s also the “Proton PB&J” a non-alcoholic lemonade peanut butter punch:

I’m guessing it’s better than it sounds?

You can also grab a Pingo Dolce Soda, a reference to that 2008 Hulk movie everyone wants to forget:

Pym’s Tasting Lab

You can also enjoy a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks over at the adjacent Pym Tasting lab. These drinks did not have specific descriptions but they look fun and on theme!

The X-Periment, Molecular Meltdown, Honey Buzz and Particle Fizz.

The tasting lab also offers “snack molecules” served in a petri dish!

popped sorghum, mini prezels, and honey roasted peanuts

Taneleer Tavan

Moving on from the Pym Test Kitchen and Pym Tasting Lab, there’s also Taneleer Tavan near the Guardians of the Galaxy:Mission Breakout ride! This location offers galactic goodies for Guardians on the go!

There’s sweet spiral rations, a churro-like dessert

You can also grab a Cosmic Cream orb, a crispy pastry shell filled with raspberry cheesecake mousse.

That’s all we have seen for now. My thanks to Entertainment Weekly and Disneyland photographer David Nguyen for the wonderful pictures!
