Disney Parks has just confirmed that Joy and Sadness from Inside Out will be coming to Epcot next month as I told you recently in a Rumor Roundup. You’ll find them in the same area as Baymax opposite the Mickey, Minnie and Goofy meet in what Disney terms the “expanded Character Spot.”
Joy and Sadness will not offer Fastpass+, but should be available throughout the day. Disney Parks did not place a start date, but I’ve heard rumblings of April 3, 2016. Don’t plan a vacation around that date until I can confirm it!
