Toy Story is the first film ever created by Pixar, and ever since then the story and characters have captivated our hearts. The films follow Buzz, Woody, and the gang as they escape Al’s toy barn, a daycare, and the dreaded attic.

The movies have even spawned an entire land in Hollywood Studios! Hop on Slinky, swirl around with the aliens, and eat in Andy’s backyard.

With the success of Toy Story, Disney and Pixar want to continue to bring us more stories. With a new generation coming of age, it’s the perfect opportunity for parents and their children to enjoy Toy Story together.

5th film

Disney announced Toy Story 5 months ago, but they have remained quiet about it since then. For example, we have no idea what the storyline of the movie will be or what characters may leave or join.

However, we do know that the 5th Toy Story movie will hit theaters on June 19, 2026.

Yes, that is over two years away! We still have quite a while until we can see their story continue.

Who will return to Toy Story 5?

Tim Allen, the voice of Woody in “Toy Story”, was on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” a while ago and shared some big news! He shared that him and Tom Hanks have been contacted by none other than Bob Iger.

Hopefully, this means the voices of Buzz and Woody will return!
