Holiday Brunches at Whispering Canyon Cafe
Disney World shares that special holiday brunches are coming to Whispering Canyon Cafe this spring! The website reads:
Spring into the season with a scrumptious brunch during Easter and Mother’s Day weekends. You’ll be sure to rustle up a family celebration that your favorite posse will never forget at Whispering Canyon Cafe!
Enjoy the delicious Holiday Brunch-B-Q Menu including the all-you-care-to-enjoy signature skillet, featuring mini pastries, house-made buttermilk-cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, hickory-smoked bacon, sausage, smoked salmon and pulled pork, Mickey Mouse waffles and green asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. Plant-based options are available upon request.
The dates for Easter Weekend include Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4. Mother’s Day Weekend brunch dates are set for Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9.
The price for both brunches are $25 for adults and $14 for children ages 3-9. That is a fantastic price for the amount of food you receive! Reservations are highly recommended so be sure to make one if you plan to celebrate Easter or Mother’s Day at Disney!
Holiday Brunches at Ale & Compass Restaurant
Over at Yacht Club, Ale & Compass Restaurant will also serve holiday brunches for select dates this spring. Here are the details, courtesy of the Disney website.
Spring into the season with a scrumptious brunch during Easter and Mother’s Day weekends. What better place is there to celebrate those who light your way than at a restaurant inspired by a lighthouse!
Choose from delicious à la carte options including:
- Blueberry-bacon pancakes with a side of sausage or bacon
- Breakfast protein bowl including your choice of tofu scramble or plant-based eggs with quinoa, sweet potatoes, chard, kale, pickled carrots and carrot-ginger dressing, served with plant-based sausage and chocolate-avocado toast
- Shrimp and white cheddar grits with poached eggs, chorizo and charred tomato stew
- Maine lobster roll on a New England-style roll with house-made chips
Dates for Easter Weekend brunch include Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4. Mother’s Day Weekend brunch can be enjoyed on Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9. Since this is not an all-you-care-to-enjoy option, pricing will vary.
