Yellow Rabbit appears randomly at Epcot in the United Kingdom.
We met Yellow Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh back in 2010 at the old Tear Drop training location which is where Storybook Circus is now located. We haven’t personally seen him since.Rabbit at Disneyland Minnie and Friends breakfast 007

On Thursday, Sept 4, 2014, was walking past the WDW Pooh ride at 6:15 pm – saw Pooh AND Rabbit posing for photos.
I met him in Epcot (England) in March of 2011.
The UK at Epcot is the spot he randomly appears from time to time.
He can also be found in Disneyland at the Plaza inn some times.
