Jose’ Carioca and Panchito Pistoles make random appearances, but are quite rare. Donald meets in his sombrero Daily at Epcot.
We had the joy of meeting all 3 Caballeros in Epcot’s Mexico pavilion in December 2006. Jose and Panchito were retired from regular meets some time after. Donald’s costume also underwent changes after this meet. Donald continues to meet outside Mexico. Jose’ and Panchito have only been out for marathon weekends and a special resort Halloween appearance lately. If you ever see them out, meet up with them because you may never see them again!

Crossing my fingers for Cinco de Mayo, but I know that only happened for limited time magic a few years ago.
