Meeting the Chipwoks at Star Wars Weekends

Among the new offerings for 2013 Star Wars Weekends are the Chipwoks. It's Chip n Dale dressed as Ewoks, so I like to call them "Chipwoks." The meet and greet is a great new addition and it's proven to be very popular during the first two weekends.  In the Star Wars series the Ewoks are a hunter-gatherer species that helped save the rebel alliance.  They resemble Teddy Bears, so Chip n Dale are a natural for the role.  I'm grateful they didn't turn Duffy into Duffwok!

They tried to use the Force on me, but I'm not weak minded enough. For some reason I left without the peanuts I had in my backpack though :)
Who's #1?
I liked Chip's costume a little better. The orange is easier to see.
The meet area for the Chipwoks is located beside the Chewbacca meet area. It's across from the Speeder Bike and near Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater.
Go early in the morning! The line for the Chipwoks forms here on Streets of America and in the afternoon, it's in the brutal sun. The line was usually about 15-30 minutes. They meet for 20 minutes and take a 5-10 minute break each 30 minutes. There is an extended break for the parade, so the line closes early.
