Kilimanjaro Safaris

Kilimanjaro Safaris

Animal Kingdom’s foremost animal based attraction allows you to see many animals including:

Addax, African Elephant, African Lion, Ankole Cattle, Black Rhinoceros, Bontebok, Cheetah, Eastern Bongo, Eland, Giraffe, Greater Flamingo, Greater Kudu, Hippopotamus, Mandrill, Nile Crocodile, Okapi, Ostrich, Pink-backed Pelican, Sable Antelope, Scimitar-horned Oryx, Saddle-billed Stork, Warthog, White-Bearded Wildebeest, White Rhinoceros, Yellow-billed Stork, Zebra

Many animals can even walk right up to your vehicle. This is a don’t miss attraction that will awe your kids! This attraction often closes before the park.

I recommend riding early in the morning while the animals are still moving about and eating.

Hello! We are going to be visiting in September and I was just curious if most people are treating animal kingdom as still a morning park so it is less busy at night or is the best time to go in the morning because people are wanting to be there for the new nighttime activities? Thanks

Currently is a mixed bag. Seems to be a break from 3 to 6pm that is lighter. Safari at night is easiest after 10pm
