During our recent trip to Walt Disney World we had a dream to sample many different snacks and food. Check out which made the the list of the Top 10 Best Meals and Snacks that we would gladly eat all over again.

1. Topolino’s Terrace (Dinner)

We enjoyed dinner at Topolino’s Terrace on the first night of our vacation. Topolino means Mickey Mouse in Italian, and this was one of the best meals that I have ever enjoyed at Walt Disney World.

My husband and I (Donna) both ordered the Filet Mignon. This was truly the best steak that I have ever enjoyed. It was served with truffle mashed potatoes that we still rave about to this day. Also included was a charred torpedo onion.

When I say this meal was delicious, that is truly an understatement. We enjoyed our meal so much that we joked about returning the following night for dinner. Be sure to check out the full review for dinner at Topolino’s Terrace.

For dessert we shared the warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake. This warm cake was filled with a caramel center and topped with raspberries. I honestly didn’t know if I could enjoy dessert after completely finishing my meal, but the dessert was so delicious that I had no problem enjoying it.

2. Primo Piatto

During our most recent visit, we stayed at the beautiful Riviera Resort. The morning before heading off to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we enjoyed breakfast from Primo Piatto, which is a quick-service restaurant located inside the Riviera Resort.

We enjoyed the most delicious Blueberry Lemon Pancakes. This included three delicious fluffy blueberry pancakes that were topped with mascarpone cream and lemon zest.

I will admit that I am rather picky about pancakes, but these were so light and fluffy. I would definitely enjoy these again.

This Resort is simply beautiful and one of my favorite features of is the breathtaking views of the Disney Skyliner.

We enjoyed our Blueberry Lemon Pancakes while watching the Skyliner gondolas peacefully glide throughout the sky. This was really the very best start to our day.

Not staying at the Riviera Resort for your next trip to Walt Disney World? If you are staying in a Disney Resort that has access to the Disney Skyliner, this would definitely be worth a stop on the Skyliner. Sit back and relax in the gorgeous outdoor sitting areas while enjoy your Blueberry Lemon Pancakes.

3. School Bread

For a few months I had been dreaming of the Norway School Bread. I had never tried this before, but I had seen many pictures of this delicious looking treat. When we created our touring plan for EPCOT, this was among the first “must do” items to be added.

This can be found at the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion. What is School Bread? It is a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut. Of course, the white chocolate Olaf topper was not only adorable but also quite tasty.

I absolutely love custard and coconut so I knew this would be something that I may enjoy, and this School Bread did not disappoint. From the first bite, the sweet coupling of the custard and coconut was pure delight. I will admit that this treat was a bit rich, so this would make a great treat to share.

4. Topolino’s Terrace (Breakfast)

For our departure day, we enjoyed the absolute best character meal on property at Topolino’s Terrace. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a wonderful meal in the company of your favorite Disney Pals.

The Sour Cream Waffle remains my favorite adult entree at this location. This is described as “roasted apple, chantilly, orange maple syrup, and served with a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage.”

Breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace is the absolute best character meal on property.

Plus, you get to see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. Check out the full review HERE.

5. Lunch at Les Halles Boulangerie

We enjoyed a Parisian inspired meal at the counter service restaurant in the France Pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie.

I was very excited to enjoy the Bisque de Homard. This was a creamy and delicious lobster bisque served in a bread bowl. This was just as delectable as it sounds.

My husband enjoyed the Croque Monsier. This was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich that was so yummy.

I tried one bite for writing purposes but then enjoyed a second bit because it was just that good.

How can you enjoy a Parisian inspired meal without also adding a croissant? We enjoyed a plain croissant with the addition of the Bonne Maman apricot preserve. This was such a sweet treat to complete our meal.

6. Citrus Swirl

One of my favorite afternoon treats is the Citrus Swirl Soft-serve cup. This is such a refreshing float with frozen orange juice and topped with vanilla soft-serve. This yummy float was found at the Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom.

Guests love being able to snap a selfie in front of the newly designed Orange Bird wall. This was just the sweet pick-me-up in the afternoon that I needed before heading out on our next adventure.

7. Lunch at Hollywood & Vine

This was our first time dining at Hollywood & Vine. Our initial reason for booking this reservation was to see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, and Goofy during our meal. What we were amazed with was how incredibly yummy our meal was.

I chose Macaroni & Cheese with Shrimp. Macaroni & Cheese is definitely my comfort food and this dish was truly delicious. This entree consisted of cavatapi pasta, a four cheese sauce, shrimp, crispy bacon, and topped with a buttered pinko crust.

I was able to select from five dessert choices. I was very intrigued with the Chocolate S’mores Pie. This arrived almost too gorgeous to eat. Well, almost too good to eat. This pie was dark chocolate mousse with toasted marshmallow and graham cracker streusel.

This interesting take on a classic pie was truly unique and quite yummy. The dark chocolate mousse was so yummy by itself, but coupled with the toasted marshmallows this treat was taken to the next level.

The food was absolutely worth the price in my opinion, but then we also got to spend time with our favorite pal Mickey Mouse. We will definitely be booking a reservation at Hollywood & Vine for future trips as well.

8. Woody’s Lunch Box

Get ready for “Woody’s Roundup” and rustle yourself up some grub at Woody’s Lunch Box in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. One of our favorite treats at this location is the Daily Lunch Box Tart.

Tart flavors include Chocolate-Hazelnut Lunch Box Tart, the Lemon-Blueberry Lunch Box Tart, and the Raspberry Lunch Box Tart. Unfortunately, all three tart flavors are not available each day.

On the day that we visited we enjoyed the Raspberry Lunch Box Tart. It is a pastry filled with raspberry marmalade topped with strawberry fondant and crispy pearls. This was very yummy, I love how much raspberry filling is included in the tart.

The sweetness of the raspberry filling is complemented by the savoriness of the tart. I still think my favorite tart is the Chocolate-Hazelnut Lunch Box Tart, but this flavor was quite good as well.

9. Banana Bread

At Disney’s Riviera Resort’s Primo Piatto, we enjoyed the banana bread. I know what you are thinking. Out of all of the yummy food found at Walt Disney World, how did banana bread make the list of top snacks?

Well just like the magic lamp from Aladdin, “Do not be fooled by its commonplace appearance. Like so many things it is not what is outside but what is inside that counts. This bread is more than your grandma’s banana bread.

This banana bread was filled with large chocolate chunks which coupled nicely with the light banana flavor. Plus the chocolate Mickey Mouse medallion was the perfect finishing touch to this sweet treat. We loved this so much we grabbed a couple of these mini loafs to bring home as well.

10. Sleepy Hollow

This is my classic go-to snack during our visit to Walt Disney World. I would dare say this is the best kept secret of snacking around Walt Disney World. The Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich can be found at Sleepy Hollow near Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom.

The crispy waffle is covered with a sweet chocolate-hazelnut spread. A generous serving of strawberries, bananas, and blueberries makes this the perfect breakfast. I think I love the location of this quick service location as much as I do the snack.

Enjoy this sweet snack seated with a gorgeous view of Cinderella Castle. Can you imagine a more magical start to your day in the Magic Kingdom?
