“We got all the ways to be W-I-C-K-E-D”! Your most favorite villains are back to Unite the Night with 24 all-new dates for the Villains After Hours in 2020!
The event gained so much popularity in 2019 the villains were called upon to return for 24 select nights in 2020 from February 7 – July 10! That’s 14 more nights than in 2019!
Party dates have been added to KtP’s crowd calendar.
Event Details
Per Disney, the event is bringing back all the wicked fun for 2020 such as:
- “Villains Unite the Night” (Villainous stage show hosted by Hades and Meg from Hercules featuring appearances by all your beloved villains).
- Maleficent the Dragon “With her Steampunk style and signature wicked grin Maleficent the Dragon will be let loose at night–breathing fire as she creeps through the park.”
- Cinderella Castle will be the hub for a wicked dance party complete with a DJ spinning some bad beats that will have you Chillin’ Like a Villain!
- Villainous additions to Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain!
- Exclusive party merchandise and wicked good treats and beverages inspired by your favorite villains available for purchase
- Enjoy low wait times at more than 25 attractions and experiences after the park closes to day guests.
- Free popcorn, select beverages, and ice cream novelties!
Tickets for Disney Villains After Hours are on sale! You can purchase tickets in advance for $145 plus tax or $155 plus tax on the event night. That is a $10 savings if purchased in advance.
Plus Annual Pass Holder and DVC members can take advantage of a $30 discount! Tickets will be limited. Head over HERE to purchase.
Each event ticket allows entry into the Magic Kingdom as early as 7 pm. Disney encourages guests to “come dressed for the occasion in attire inspired by your favorite Disney Villain.”
Disney also reminds us that just like 2019 there will be no meet and greets with the villains for 2020. However, they do put on a very fun farewell at the end of the night atop the train station so you can interact with some of your favorite villains from afar!

So, Disney announces that the Disney Villains After Hours Event is going to make a come back next year, only to say that it will be the exact same event as it was this year and STILL NOT HAVE CHARACTER MEET AND GREETS!
Disney should have learned from the Haunted Mansion 50th Anniversary event back in Disneyland California! How Meet and Greets from rare and popular characters are what will get you the customer satisfaction you want!
