Today, Disney announced several great new MagicBand designs that will include Peter Pan, Cinderella, Black Panther, Ariel, The Lion King, The Nightmare before Christmas and two are Dooney and Bourke exclusives. Check out the photos!
Peter Pan is celebrating it 65th Anniversary this month and the parks will celebrate by releasing this special edition Peter Pan with a touch of Pixie Dust Magic Band. It will be released February 9 and will sell for $22.99.
Dooney & Bourke will release 2 special MagicBands. This one is a navigator themed one that comes in special suitcase-styled packaging and will be priced at $48.00

The other Dooney & Burke will feature some of your favorite Princesses in honor of the 10th Annual Disney Princess Half Marathon. It will be released that weekend on February 22 with an edition size of only 500. It is sure to sell out quickly at $48.00

The Black Panther movie will be released soon and a new MagicBand will celebrate this terrific Marvel Super Hero. It has an edition size of 2,500 and releases on February 16. The cost will be $32.99
The other featured designs for February include “The Lion King,” Ariel from “The Little Mermaid” and “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” They will be available online on February 12 and in stores on February 16.

Some of these are so cute - but I can never justify it to myself when I get a free one. Now if when you booked your stay on-property if they gave you the option to 'upgrade' your magic band for an additional fee - I would be all over that! :)
