Disneyland continues to roll out changes to its Fastpass system before adding it’s new MaxPass system.

Beginning June 21, 2017 guests will still be allowed to obtain free paper Fastpass tickets, but they will not need to hand over that paper ticket when they return to use the Fastpass at an attraction.  Instead, you’ll be asked to scan your park ticket or annual pass at the Fastpass return area.  You’ll be able to keep that paper ticket as a reminder of your time visiting Disneyland.

Rumored to be in late June or July, Disneyland Resort will roll out the new MaxPass product that bundles PhotoPass and Fastpass+ in a smart phone application option that will cost $10 per person per day.  Disney has said that they will offer a yearly option for Annual Passholders, but hasn’t released the price point.

Guests at Disneyland will be allowed to continue to use their park ticket to acquire Fastpass return paper tickets at the various ride kiosks in the same fashion as they do today after MaxPass is rolled out.

Come on Disney ! Don't you make enough money off all the poor people ? I think this is very sad and very wrong !!!! You should find ways to cut ticket prices and food prices. People will now have to take out a loan and be in debt use to spend a vacation at Disneyland, not to mention 5 times that for WDW ! I just went to Disneyland in June 2017 and noticed a lot more people in the park are angry and even the employees are now snippy and intolerable. People really want to go to Disneyland but you guys are slowly making it the Saddest Place on Earth. Start caring about people and spot caring about money. Find some places in the system to make Finanical cuts. And not in the employees wages ! Walt would be so mad that things are so expensive making the family experience lessened.

We have Disneyland Signature+ AP's and so already get free Photo Pass. Love the FP+'s at WDW but not sure yet how I feel about Max Pass rolling out at Disneyland.

I thought they said that they weren't charging for the fastpass system. So if they charge AP's that have photopass already, what are we paying for??
