FerryTale Wishes Fireworks Dessert Cruise.  Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom has seen great success with Fireworks cruises, so they are supersizing the experience.

Ferrytale Wishes a Fireworks Dessert Cruise

In the past fireworks cruises have used small pontoon boats, which limited the number of guests to a few dozen per night.  This new experience will increase the number into the hundreds and increase the profit margin to match.

Guests will sail from the Transportation and Ticket Center one hour prior to the nightly fireworks experience on the double decker ferryboat that transports guests to the Magic Kingdom.   The guests will get a front and center view of the Magic Kingdom’s nightly spectacular while nibbling upon sweets like “The Grand” key lime tart; pineapple upside down cake from the chefs at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort; spiced flourless chocolate cake from the pastry kitchen at Disney’s Contemporary Resort; “Main Street” Mickey Balloon Tarts; mini “fireworks” cupcakes with a pop; Cinderella’s Sugar Slipper with Orange Financier; no-sugar-added Florida mango panna cotta; and a fabulous fruit and cheese spread. Toast the evening with specialty alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in souvenir glow glasses.  Disney is also promising some “magical moments” on the cruise.

The number of guests per sailing will be limited. The Cost is $99 for adults and $69 ages 3 to 9, including tax and gratuity. For reservations, visit DisneyWorld.com/DINE or call 407-WDW-DINE. Anchors Away!

Please note on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very-Merry-Christmas Party nights, the fireworks display will be Happy HalloWishes or Holiday Wishes—Celebrate the Spirit of the Season, not “Wishes” Nighttime Spectacular.

Trying to decide between this and a 2nd MVMCP for our last night. What would you do?

I'd do 2 parties. No value here imo

What about " the magic"? Should we expect some characters on board?

Highly doubt it

So, let me get this right. You get to do a dessert dinner cruise to watch the fireworks AND you will disembark at TTC, pretty much ahead of everyone else? That's almost worth the $99 to not have to fight the cattle drive on the way out.

It departs and returns to the TTC

Looking forward to this in May. Did the Pirates and Pals cruise last trip, per your review on the lady trip. Had a blast! Will plan to book this for next summer trip.
