Disney officially confirms Be Our Guest LUNCH reservations

For a stress-free Disney or Universal Studios vacation, let the FREE expert planners at Royal Carriage Vacations take care of every detail including dining reservations, applying discounts, and onboard cruise credit.

Disney has confirmed the information that I told you about last Saturday.  Be Our Guest LUNCH reservations will soon be made available to ALL Disney World guests, not just those with hotel reservations.

Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park has been a guest favorite since it opened with the New Fantasyland expansion. Beginning February 25, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to make reservations for the fast-casual lunch experience at Be Our Guest Restaurant.

Guests will also have the option to pre-order their meal 30 days prior up to 5 minutes before their reservation.

Lunch is served daily from 10:30a.m. – 2:30p.m. Reservations can be made beginning February 25 via My Disney Experience, by visiting disneyworld.com/dine, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

You can begin booking at 7:00am ET on February 25th!

Guests may make a reservation up to 180 days in advance.

For those guests that do not wish to make pre-order selections, menu choices can be made at the kiosks inside the restaurant upon arrival.

A credit card guarantee is required and a $10 per guest no-show fee will be applied if not cancelled by the day before.

They haven’t confirmed the breakfast option yet, but I’m quite sure that’s coming soon as I revealed the menu on Saturday as well.

Kenny- is it possible to ask nicely to meet the beast without a dinner reservation? A tip maybe?

Or does Beast meet at the Xmas party?

The woman on the phone tried to convince me that beast is not guaranteed even at dinner (I couldn't tell if that was part of the story or if he's not there regularly). We were there last year for dinner, and beast walked through the hall multiple times, plus photo op. Do you know if this is still standard for dinner? And definitely no beast walk or photo at lunch? Thanks!

Woman on phone doesn't know what she's talking about. Beast appears nightly at BoG

is the only way to make this lunch reservation by calling at 7 or can you do it at 6 online?

You could try 6am and see what results you get. Please let me know.

Why is this a big deal? I'm asking with genuine curiosity (no sarcasm) from the perspective of a newbie going in the summer and totally overwhelemed by the planning, but hoping to give my kids the best experience. .

1. Because only hotel guests could do this before 2. Because this is the most popular restaurant in WDW now and people want to get in. So, you'll have to book lunch or dinner 180 days in advance.

It can feel overwhelming, but I'm working on a tool that will help with that. Hope to have it ready in a month or so!

I thought that breakfast menu was just a test menu since all the prices are the same.

Menu could be, we'll see. The menu just points to the eventual reality that Disney will offer it. Food and Prices will be confirmed later.
